737.03 COMMERCIAL SOLICITING IN RESIDENCE DISTRICT.

No person shall enter upon the lot or land of any residence in the City of Stow, for the purpose of commercial soliciting as defined in Section 737.01(a)(1), (2), (3) and (4) unless such person has registered his credentials with the Director of Law as provided in Section 737.04.
