717.03 LOITERING AND TRESPASSING.
   No person shall enter the premises of a drive-in restaurant and remain there without transacting business with the proprietor thereof or purchasing or consuming food made upon the premises. No person not purchasing or consuming food products, providing goods or services to the proprietor thereof, or transacting bona fide business with the proprietor shall fail to immediately remove himself from the premises upon the initial request of a police officer, private policeman or other security officer retained by the owner or manager or of the managing officer of the establishment. Any person refusing to vacate the premises shall be guilty of loitering, trespassing or failing to comply with a lawful order of a police officer.
