717.01 DEFINITION.

For the purpose of this chapter, "drive-in restaurant" means any establishment where meals, sandwiches, ice cream or other foods are served directly to, or are permitted to be consumed by, patrons in automobiles, motorcycles or other vehicles parked on the premises.
