Within an industrial use district as established by the Zoning Code, no person shall dismantle or wreck any motor vehicle or part thereof for any business or commercial salvage purpose, or engage in such operation which is not entirely within a building of fireproof construction, between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. of the following day or during any hour on Sunday.
