703.99 PENALTY.

Any person violating or failing to comply with any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a first degree misdemeanor. Each day that any person violates or fails to comply with this chapter shall constitute a separate and distinct offense and shall be punishable as a separate and distinct offense.
