703.18 COLLECTION OF FEES.

The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into one or more service contracts or, with the assistance of the Law Department, the Finance Department, and the Fire Department, to make or approve such other arrangements as may be necessary for the operation support of a Fire based EMS system, including but not limited to billing and collection services, and entering into third party reimbursement agreements.
