701.10 ENFORCEMENT DATE.

This ordinance will take effect according to the terms of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 2006- 110 and the terms of Section 701.05 will be enforced beginning on a date designated by the Alarm Administrator, but in no event later than January 1, 2007.
