61.04 ADOPTION OF STATE CODE.

Pursuant to Chapter 137 of the Code of Iowa, the Story County Board of Health adopts, in its entirety, by reference, the following Iowa Administrative Code chapter: 567 IAC 49 (455B) – Nonpublic Water Supply Wells.
