Upon receipt of a completed application and fees for a well construction permit, EH shall conduct a site evaluation of the proposed well placement with regards to protection of the wellhead from potential pollutants. EH shall issue or deny a permit within 30 days of the receipt of the application or site evaluation, whichever is later.
