Pursuant to Chapter 137 of the Code of Iowa, the Story County Board of Health adopts in its entirety, by reference, the following Iowa Administrative Code Chapter: 641 IAC 1.12 (135, 137, 139A) – Quarantine and isolation-model rule for local boards.
