40.03 DISPOSAL.

Yard waste shall be kept separate from all other waste products. Yard waste shall be disposed of by the owner in an appropriate manner. It shall not be placed in the road right-of-way unless it is to be collected by a licensed collection agency within 48 hours. Composting, incineration, and/or land application are appropriate methods for disposing of yard waste.
