85.03 VALIDITY.

If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase of the Ordinance is for any reason adjudged invalid, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the Ordinance. All other ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of the Ordinance are hereby repealed.
