§ 150.22  PRIORITY OF ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   This subchapter provides a broad range of enforcement remedies for multiple types of housing standards. The most severe penalties include the demolition of noncompliant structures by the Town of Stoneville. Because of the wide scope of conditions covered by this subchapter, the Town of Stoneville intends to devote its enforcement resources to the following activities in descending order of priority:
      (1)   Noncompliant structures unfit for human habitation, posing an imminent threat to the health and safety of occupants;
      (2)   Abandoned structures, unsuitable for repair and in need of demolition and removal; and
      (3)   Deteriorated structures which could reasonably be repaired to comply with this subchapter.
   (B)   Notwithstanding the above policy for priorities of enforcement, the Town of Stoneville reserves its right to pursue all enforcement remedies available to it for any violation of this subchapter.
