These regulations shall govern all dwellings, as defined by this subchapter, within the jurisdiction of the Town of Stoneville. Through interlocal agreements with municipalities, the county may enforce these regulations within municipal jurisdictions, provided that any such municipal governing body or the county, upon one-year written notice, may withdraw its approval of the minimum housing standards and those regulations shall have no further effect within the municipality. The one-year time limit may be waived upon agreement of both parties.
