§ 31.075  WATER AND SEWER TREATMENT PLANT SUPERVISORS.
   The Council shall appoint a Water and Sewer System Supervisor, a Water Treatment Plant Supervisor and any other supervisors the Council deems necessary to carry out street maintenance, trash collection or other public works services performed by the town.
