§ 31.016  BUDGET OFFICER.
   (A)   Appointment. The Council shall appoint a Budget Officer.
   (B)   Duties. The Budget Officer shall perform those duties and responsibilities assigned to him or her by the Local Government Budget and Fiscal Control Act (G.S. Ch. 159, Art. III).
