§ 150.01 ENFORCEMENT.

The Building Inspector shall be responsible for the enforcement of any ordinances or codes adopted by the Town Council relating to the repair, closing and demolition of dwellings unfit for human habitation, pursuant to G.S. Ch. 160D, Art. 11.
