§ 111.03  RESTRICTIONS ON ISSUANCE.
   The Town Council shall not issue a license to operate a game room to any applicant who:
   (A)   Has been convicted of unlawfully selling intoxicating liquors or narcotic drugs;
   (B)   Has been convicted of a felony; and/or
   (C)   Has been convicted of a charge involving gambling in any jurisdiction.
