§ 93.02  CONFINEMENT AND RUNNING AT LARGE.
   (A)   No person may keep or harbor livestock within the town; provided, however, that, transportation of livestock through the town on thoroughfares and streets is permissible.
   (B)   All owners or persons having possession or control of any domestic animals located within the town must keep these animals on the owners property or premises or under restraint at all times. Only dogs which are on a leash may be walked or exercised.
   (C)   Domestic animals which are outdoor pets must be confined and quartered within a fenced enclosure which enclosure shall contain a minimum of 100 square feet of space for each animal quartered. The enclosure must also be equipped with a substantial shelter which will protect the animal from rainfall and severe weather.
