§ 92.02  APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS.
   (A)   The following sections apply to all cemeteries within the town: §§ 92.03, 92.04, 92.05 and 92.06.
   (B)   The remaining sections of this chapter apply only to cemeteries owned or operated by the town.
