§ 90.55 NOTICE OF REJECTION.

The Town Manager shall act upon the application for a parade permit within 48 hours, excluding weekends, after the filing thereof. If the Town Manager disapproves the application, he or she shall notify the applicant, stating the reason for his or her denial of the permit.
