(A) All moderate hazard facilities must have a double check valve assembly as a minimum containment device.
(B) Moderate hazard facilities include, but are not limited to connections to tanks, lines and vessels that handle non-toxic substances; all industrial and most commercial facilities not identified as high hazard facilities.
(C) Only a backflow prevention assembly offering a greater degree of protection may be installed in place of a specified assembly required by this chapter.
