(A) Authorized employees of the town in accordance with specifications shall make all connections to the sanitary sewer system for such connection that may be adopted by the town. If authorized by the Town Council, connections may be made by plumbers licensed to perform plumbing work in the town. All construction shall be in conformity with the State Plumbing and Building Codes, as amended. The approving authority shall inspect any sewer connection made by an authorized licensed plumber after such work has been completed and prior to the time such connection is covered.
(B) No person shall make connection of roof downspouts, foundation drains, areaway drains or other sources of infiltration/inflow to a building sewer or building drain which in turn is connected directly or indirectly to a public sanitary sewer.
