(A) There shall be one Director of Public Safety appointed by the Mayor with advice and consent of the Board of Trustees who shall supervise and direct all of the personnel within the Department of Public Safety and whose additional duties and job description shall be set forth by the Mayor and Board of Trustees and may be amended from time to time.
(B) There shall be one Assistant Director of Public Safety appointed by the Mayor with advice and consent of the Board of Trustees whose immediate supervisor shall be the Director of Public Safety and whose duties and job description shall be set forth by the Director of Public Safety and may be amended from time to time.
