The village hereby creates a Public Safety Department which shall supervise, direct and create policy and procedure for the following divisions and their related personnel: Division of Police, Division of Fire, Division of Code Enforcement and the Communication Division, as diagramed, indicated and set forth by the managerial flow chart, which is attached to Ord. 03-01 and made a part hereof as Exhibit A.
