§ 31.34 OFFICERS; OFFICERS’ DUTIES.
   (A)   Chairperson.
      (1)   The Chairperson’s duties are to preside at all meetings of the Youth Commission and to regulate these meetings in an amicable manner.
      (2)   The Chairperson shall render assistance as may be necessary to any of the Commission’s officers.
      (3)   The Chairperson shall call any special meetings when deemed necessary.
   (B)   Secretary.
      (1)   The Secretary shall keep minutes of proceedings of the Commission.
      (2)   The Secretary shall maintain a list of all members and shall keep a roll of all those present at the beginning of each meeting.
      (3)   The Secretary shall preserve all papers entrusted to him or her and, when unable to attend a meeting, the Secretary should ensure those papers are properly given another officer in attendance.
   (C)   Treasurer.
      (1)   The Treasurer shall handle all pecuniary details of the Commission.
      (2)   The Treasurer shall receive in trust all money and funds due or payable to the Commission and allocate that money or those funds as authorized by the Commission.
      (3)   The Treasurer shall keep accurate accounts of all money paid and received by him or her.
