(A) The Board of Appeals shall pass upon all appeals from the Building Inspector and from any other board or officer of the village on questions of zoning and shall have other powers and duties as may be delegated to it by statute or ordinance. A concurring vote of four members shall be necessary to reverse any decision of the Building Inspector, as required by statute.
(B) The Board shall meet at the times as it may determine upon the call of the Chairperson; it shall keep records of its official actions.
