§ 30.167 REPORTS.
   (A)   The Health Officer shall make reports to the Board of Trustees as may be required.
   (B)   The Health Officer also shall make recommendations for rulings, orders or ordinances respecting public health whenever he or she is request to do so or whenever he or she deems it advisable or necessary.
