(A) The Village Health Officer shall enforce all ordinances containing provisions for the protection of public health. He or she shall inspect foodstuffs and the premises used for storing or selling provisions, as may be provided by this code or any other applicable ordinance of the village.
(B) The Health Officer shall perform other duties and functions as may be required by this code or any other applicable statute or ordinance.
(C) The Health Officer shall enforce all the rules and orders of the Board of Health and shall attend meetings of that Board when requested to do so by the presiding officer.
