§ 30.153 CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION.
   No certificate of occupancy shall be granted for the use and occupancy of any premises until the Plumbing Inspector and the Electrical Inspector shall have indicated in writing to the Building Inspector that all plumbing and all electrical work has been satisfactorily completed.
