It shall be the duty of the Building Inspector to see to the enforcement of all the provisions of this code and any other ordinances of the village relating to buildings or zoning and to inspect all buildings or structures being constructed or altered, as frequently as may be necessary to ensure compliance with this code and any other applicable ordinance of the village.
