§ 30.124 ADVICE.
   (A)   The Village Attorney shall be the legal advisor of the village and shall render service on all legal questions affecting it whenever requested to do so by any village official.
   (B)   Upon request by the Village President or Board of Trustees, the Attorney shall reduce any opinion to writing.
