§ 30.121 SPECIAL COUNSEL.
   The President, with the consent of the Board of Trustees, may, from time to time, retain an attorney to represent or advise the village on legal matters if no Village Attorney has been appointed and he or she may likewise retain special counsel to advise or represent the village on special matters or to assist the Village Attorney.
