(A) Any license granted under this subchapter shall be subject to revocation or suspension by the village.
(B) However, the village first shall serve or cause to be served upon the licensee written notice in which shall be specified the way in which the licensee has failed to comply.
(C) The notice shall require the licensee to remove or abate the nuisance, insanitary or objectionable condition specified in the notice within five days or within a longer period of time as may be allowed by the village.
(D) If the licensee fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this notice within the time specified or an extension, the village may revoke or suspend the license.
