This chapter shall be administered and enforced primarily by the Village Health Inspector, who shall be responsible for the final approval of applications and permits and shall make all inspections and orders necessary to ensure compliance with the provisions of this chapter. The Health Inspector also shall direct the duties of other department heads whose services are required for additional inspections.
