§ 151.51 NOTICE.
   Within 15 calendar days after a charge has been received or initiated by the Review Board, the Chairman of the Review Board shall serve or cause to be served, in person, or by certified mail, a copy of said complaint on the person alleged to be in violation of this chapter, hereinafter referred to as respondent.
