(A) Appeal procedure. Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Village Board, shall have the right to appeal in accordance with the following procedure.
(B) Reconsideration by the full Village Board. This appeal shall be initiated by filing with the Administrator, within seven calendar days of the decision a written statement, under oath, setting forth specifically the grounds for reconsideration. These grounds shall be supported by argument and served on all parties at the time they are filed with the Administrator. The Village Board, after reviewing the statement shall:
(1) Render a revised decision notifying all parties within 14 calendar days of the filing of the statement for initial reconsideration;
(2) Issue and serve on all parties a written order for hearing the case, citing the cause and additional evidence; or
(3) Uphold the decision.
