§ 150.182 SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATION.
   If the Building Commissioner, or his or her designee, determines that any applicable village code or ordinance has been violated after notice of the violation(s) has been given and the time allowed to correct any violation has expired, he or she may suspend or revoke the certificate of inspection.
