The following fee schedule is imposed in connection with the inspection and reinspections of a dwelling.
(A) Initial inspection fee.

(B) Reinspection fee.
(1) When a reinspection is required, an additional $50 reinspection fee will be charged for each unit that is reinspected. This fee will apply for all additional reinspections.
(2) For the purposes of this division (B),
DWELLING UNIT shall mean a single unit providing complete independent living facilities for one or more persons, including permanent provision for living, sleeping, eating, cooking and sanitation.
(3) The owner shall be responsible for payment of the inspection fee(s) hereunder.
OWNER shall mean the legal title holder or holder of the realty as shown by the records of the County Recorder’s office; except, if legal title is held by a state land trust, OWNER shall mean the beneficial owner or owners of the trust.
