§ 150.158 INSPECTION FEES.
   (A)   Residential and remote refrigerating systems. The fee for annual inspection, if required, for residential dwellings and remote refrigerating systems shall be paid to the Village Collector as follows (see § 150.157(C) for classification of systems):
 
Class B
$11 for each compressor or generator unit
Class C
$6 for each compressor or generator unit
Class D
$5 for each compressor or generator unit
 
   (B)   Commercial and industrial refrigerating systems. The fee for annual inspection for commercial and industrial refrigerating system shall be as follows (see division (C) below for determination of capacity):
 
Compressor or generator unit of 5 tons or less capacity
$10
Compressor or generator unit over 5 tons and not over 35 tons capacity
$15
Compressor or generator unit over 35 tons and not over 100 tons capacity
$20
Compressor or generator unit over 100 tons capacity
$25
 
   (C)   Determination of capacity. Compressor capacity shall be based on 5° evaporator temperature and 86° condenser temperature, and compressor displacements shall conform to the following table for refrigerant named:
      (1)   Ammonia (NH3): 6,912 cubic inch per minute per ton;
      (2)   Carbon dioxide (CO2): 1,625 cubic inch per minute per ton;
      (3)   Dichlorodifluoromethane (CCL2F2): 12,528 cubic inch per minute per ton;
      (4)   Methyl chloride (CH3CL): 13,824 cubic inch per minute per ton; and
      (5)   Sulphur dioxide (SO2): 20,736 cubic inch per minute per ton.
   (D)   Boilers and unfired pressure vessels.
      (1)   Annual inspection fees, if necessary, for boilers and unfired pressure vessels shall be paid to the Village Collector as follows:
Each low pressure boiler

Each miniature boiler

Each high pressure boiler containing not more than 250 square feet of heating surface

Each high pressure boiler containing more than 250 square feet, and not more than 1,500 square feet, of heating surface

Each high pressure boiler containing more than 1,500 square feet, and not more than 5,000 square feet, of heating surface

Each high pressure boiler containing more than 5,000 square feet of heating surface

Each unfired pressure vessel less than 12 inches in diameter

Each unfired pressure vessel 12 inches or more in diameter and less than 18 inches in diameter

Each unfired pressure vessel 18 inches or more in diameter and less than 36 inches in diameter

Each unfired pressure vessel 36 inches or more in diameter

      (2)   The fee for inspection of boilers and other apparatus above provided for shall be double the respective amounts above specified when the inspection is made on a Sunday or a legal holiday at the request of the person owning or operating the boiler or other apparatus.
