§ 150.150 CODES ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   (A)   The following codes, and any amendments thereto, are hereby adopted by reference and incorporated as if set out at length herein.
      (1)   The American Insurance Association Heat-Producing Appliances Code, 1967 Edition;
      (2)   Gas Appliances and Gas Piping Code No. 54, 1964 Edition;
      (3)   Oil Burning Equipment Code No. 31, 1968 Edition;
      (4)   Storage, Handling, and Use of Flammable Liquids Code No. 30, 1961 Edition;
      (5)   City of Chicago Ventilation Code, 1968 Edition; and
      (6)   Municipal Code of Chicago:
         (a)   Steam Boilers and Unfired Pressure Vessels, Ch. 84; and
         (b)   Mechanical Refrigeration, Ch. 85.
   (B)   In the event that any of the provisions of the codes listed in division (A) above are in conflict with any ordinance of the village, the village ordinances shall supersede if they are more stringent.
   (C)   In addition to the three copies of the codes which are on file in the office of the Village Clerk for use and examination by the public, at least one copy of the codes shall be kept on file in the office of the Building Inspector for public inspection.
