(A) All multi-family, commercial and industrial buildings shall provide screening for garbage cans, dumpsters and other receptacles for waste and trash.
(B) The screening shall enclose all waste receptacles on three sides, so as to effectively prevent them from being seen from the street(s) or front property line.
(C) The screening shall be of a permanent nature and shall be built in a workmanlike manner of wood or other material approved by the Village’s Chief Building Inspector.
