§ 150.033 METROPOLITAN SANITARY DISTRICT PERMITS.
   If any construction within the village requires a permit from the Metropolitan Sanitary District, or its successor, the owner/developer/contractor shall obtain the same. Any cost incurred by the village in obtaining the permit shall be borne by the owner/developer/contractor.
