(A) The following shall be the standing committees of the Board of Trustees:
(1) Buildings and Grounds;
(2) Finance;
(3) Health;
(4) License;
(5) Police and Fire; and
(6) Water.
(B) Special committees shall be created from time to time as directed by the Board.
(C) All standing and special committees shall consist of three members each, including the chairperson, unless the Board shall direct otherwise.
(D) All committees shall be appointed by the Village President.
