§ 132.04 SMOKE BOMBS.
   (A)   The sale, delivery, gift or possession of smoke bombs is hereby declared unlawful within the corporate limits of the village.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person or firm to sell, deliver, give or possess smoke bombs within the corporate limits of the village.
