(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 130.99.
(B) (1) Upon a finding of guilty for violation of § 131.04, there shall be imposed a fine up to $500.
(2) In addition to this fine, the court may require that a party guilty of violating this section shall:
(a) Make full and complete restitution to the village and the owner of any property damaged as a result of the violation, including expenses incurred in the restoration of the property to its previous condition; and
(b) Participate in community service.
