§ 121.04 EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS FOR ICE CREAM PUSH CARTS.
   (A)   A sign or decal that is visible at all times with the business address and telephone number of the business license holder printed on the side of the vehicle in letters of not less than two inches in height.
   (B)   A trash receptacle to dispose of all litter that is generated from products sold from the ice cream push cart.
