(A) Sales of goods. Sale of goods permitted under this section shall be limited to individually packaged ice cream, ice cream bars, frozen yogurt, popsicles or other frozen dairy and nondairy products. No soft serve machines shall be permitted.
(B) Authorized vending locations. Ice cream push carts may operate on any sidewalk in the village but cannot operate on any street or in any location where cars and other motorized vehicles are permitted.
(C) Time and date restrictions.
(1) Ice cream vendors may operate an ice cream push cart only between the calendar dates of May 1 and September 30 of any given year.
(2) No ice cream vendor shall vend before 10:00 a.m. or after the official time of sunset on any particular day.
