For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ICE CREAM PUSH CART. Any wagon and or vehicle propelled by human power in which ice cream, ice cream bars, frozen yogurt, popsicles or other frozen dairy and nondairy products are carried for purposes of retail sale in the village.
ICE CREAM TRUCK. A motorized vehicle in which ice cream, ice cream bars, frozen yogurt, popsicles or other frozen dairy and nondairy products are carried for purposes of retail sale in the village.
ICE CREAM VENDOR. A person selling ice cream, ice cream bars, frozen yogurt, popsicles or other frozen dairy and nondairy products from an ice cream push cart in the village or any company that employs such person.
VEND. To sell ice cream, ice cream bars, frozen yogurt, popsicles or other frozen dairy and nondairy products from an ice cream push cart.
