(A) The maximum number of licenses to operate a business defined herein within the village shall be two.
(B) In the event any one of the licenses provided for shall lapse, be revoked or terminated in any manner, the Board of Trustees may reduce the maximum number of licenses.
(C) The reduction by the Board of Trustees may result in the elimination of licenses resulting in no person being allowed to engage in the business defined in this chapter, within the corporate boundaries of the village.
(D) A license to operate a business within the village shall not be assignable, transferable, sold, devisble or otherwise conveyed in any manner.
